With over ten years of yoga experience and two years as a qualified Yoga Nidra teacher, Victoria is deeply committed to the practice of conscious rest.

Victoria came to this practice during a particularly challenging period of her life, finding that it offered a level of mental clarity and physical recovery that she hadn't found elsewhere. It is a quiet but incredibly powerful tool for navigating the heavy weight of modern stress, anxiety, and the restless nights that often come with perimenopause.

Yoga Nidra offered Victoria a way to move from a state of constant reaction to one of calm, mindful response.
