Set to beautiful piano music, this is an exercise class with carefully crafted exercises thoughtfully structured to promote strength, mobility, and balance while prioritizing safety and accessibility.

If you are looking for a pathway back into fitness after a break, try this welcoming class!

From gentle warm-up exercises to work using small fitness props such as resistance bands, blocks, balls and straps, participants are guided through a diverse range of seated exercises (on a chair), and standing, (at the barre) that engage and challenge both body and mind.

There is no mat work on the floor in this class.
