We welcome applications from psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists, nutritionists, doctors, women’s health specialists, homeopaths, coaches, tutors and other professionals offering one-to-one or couples’ sessions. Bodywork space is also available for osteopaths, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, massage therapists and other holistic body practitioners and health/wellness consulting services.

For therapists who like to use a hybrid approach, combining face-to-face sessions with online, Chapel House has WiFi in all its therapy rooms.

Affordable Room Hire Ad Hoc or Weekly Recurring Hire

Conveniently located in central Totnes, just off Fore Street, and beautifully decorated, feel confident welcoming your clients to this dedicated and relaxed environment. Our therapy rooms have just what you need to grow your private practice.

Weekly Recurring Hire - How it works:

Secure your weekly space on a recurring room hire booking.

✔ The same day each week will be yours in the room.

✔ Access to space: 8.30am - 7.45pm

✔ Your Therapy listing and contact details will be added here

✔ Your info will also be added to our ‘Therapy Room’ flyer, which we print and brings together all our committed Therapists contact info, in one place, for potential clients to pick up from the Chapel House.

✔ Therapists commit to payment of the room by standing order with a deposit payment required equivalent to 1 calendar month.

✔ We require an initial 3 month minimum commitment.

✔ This agreement works on a running basis throughout the year. (We do not refund missed/non worked dates. Monthly payments are calculated on the balance of the year from your start date).

✔Room 5, 6, 7 is £34 per day x 52 weeks divided by 12* months (*or the amount of months remaining from start date.) The total is your monthly payment.

✔Room 4 (large room) is £40 per day x 52 weeks divided by *months of the year, gives you your monthly payment fee.

✔ Payment due on the 1st day of each month by standing order.

✔ We require 1 full calendar month’s notice to terminate the agreement. (i.e, tell us before the 1st of the month!)

✔ Availability: Room 6 (Treatment Table): Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Room 5 (2 x armchairs): Monday and Saturday. Room 4 (Arm chairs + Treatment Tables): Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.

Ad Hoc Hire - How it works:

Space without ongoing commitment?

✔ Simple online booking via our website

✔ No ongoing costs, you only pay for the hours you book, £12ph.

✔ Joining fee to register as a Ad Hoc Therapy Room User: £30

✔Your Therapy listing and contact details will be added here on our website (If no hire space has been booked in over 6 weeks without hearing from you, you will be removed from the listing).

✔You are welcome to pin a business card on the notice board, however displaying A5 printed leaflets at Chapel House is not possible as an ad hoc hirer (this is reserved for the weekly recurring hirers).

✔ We don’t refund bookings. However, you can change / transfer your booking yourself online to a new time slot up to 48 hours in advance.

(Please note, no refunds or transfers are given for bookings cancelled or unused within the 48hours period - please have a 48hr cancellation policy in place with your own clients, to cover the cost of your room hire.)

✔ Currently, Room 7 (2 x arm chairs) is the dedicated Ad hoc space available Monday - Saturday with Room 6 (Treatment Table) available on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

✔ Ad Hoc Space is always subject to availability
