Professionally, I am an integrative therapist registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I aim to help clients help themselves to manage their distress more effectively or overcome obstacles by integrating or re-integrating all aspects of their experience, their thoughts, feelings, sensations and relationships with others in the shortest possible time in the most helpful and effective way possible. Sometimes a single session may be sufficient or a client may benefit from further sessions. I work with children, adults and couples.
