I've been part of our warm and welcoming yoga studio for over ten years now!

I teach easy yoga classes that blend a subtle mix of many different styles of yoga with calming restorative poses, making it super accessible for everyone.

Whether you are a total beginner, or coming back after a break, whether you are recovering from injury, looking to build self-confidence, or are just curious, our session has become a favourite hub for people of all levels!

It's a very inclusive session with lively banter and a great community feel. I introduce ideas and variations to poses and sequences so you make it your own! 

One of the mantras I live by is to "cook with the ingredients you've got" so with the understanding that each of us is different we can make adjustments to our practice to tailor to each of us in a non competitive way.

Each term I will introduce a theme which threads through each session, as well as inviting you to link to my newsletter reminding you of what we've been doing and learning, this enables you to use yoga as a multi-faceted tool to maintain links to your practice beyond the mat. I am usually learning about something yogic and will always share this with you in sessions.

I am part of a wider group of yoga teachers locally; Katies yoga collective, which is a group of like minded non competitive yoga teachers. We recommend & promote each other, and will often make suggestions if your level could be with another teacher. Often this easy session is used as a platform to discover where your bar lies.
