Annita Cole

Hello!

Annita established her Pilates classes in Chapel House, in Totnes, in 2013. The Pilates Studio Totnes, is a dedicated Reformer and Studio Equipment studio. 

Annita is a longtime movement specialist, Pilates teacher, Balanced Body Educator and Pilates teacher trainer, teaching in the Totnes studio, along with her team of experienced and dedicated teachers.

If you would like to develop core strength, improve muscle tone, increase flexibility or you need help with recovery from injury, then we have a class for you! We love working with our 200+ clients each week, many whom we have had the privilege to be teaching for many years now.

Whether you are interested in our mat class programme, reformer classes or our studio equipment classes, we would be delighted to meet you. We will help you to get started and find the group class most suited to you. The great thing about our fully equipped studio (including the now well known reformer, however, this is only the start of the studio experience!) is that we can support you, to become stronger, no matter what your starting point; tailoring the experience to you and your individual needs.

Our classes are always small enough that we can give you individual attention and quality guidance depending on what we are seeing. By giving you the attention you deserve, you will make progress at a pace that works for you, free from competition or pressure.
