Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Chloe
Thursdays 7.30 - 8.30pm
If you have some experience of a dynamic, flowing style of yoga (vinyasa, rocket, dharma, ashtanga, forest or similar) and like a faster-paced practice with the opportunity to play with your edge, then this is the class for you. There's no need to be able to stand on your head or your hands or do any fancy poses, just come ready to meet yourself where you are.
Expect a strong flow that varies each week with plenty of chances to challenge yourself when you feel up to it, and softer variations for when you don't. This class isn't suitable for beginners.
Mindful Vinyasa with Jade
Wednesdays 7.30 - 8.30pm
Mindful Vinyasa
Enjoy a creative Vinyasa Flow in full presence, with guided mindfulness meditation sessions to open and close the class. Whilst following a creative flow of practice, you will continually be reminded to return to the presence of your breath and body. In the practice you will enjoy stretching, strengthening, holding, flowing, balancing and gently exploring your body’s ability. Combining the physical and mental benefits of vinyasa and mindfulness will leave you feeling integrated, revitalised and physically toned, with a greater sense of clarity, inner freedom and balance.
All levels, including beginners are very welcome. Adaptations are given within each pose and use of props is encouraged and guided.
