Pole Fitness

What is it?
Pole fitness is a fantastic form of cardiovascular fitness. Each week you will notice improvements in your strength and ability. You will also notice improvements in your coordination and flexibility.
In your first few lessons you will learn a variety of spins, how to safely and gracefully climb the pole, and a variety of moves, including some from an inverted position (being upside down).
We will also link these moves together to introduce the dance element to the classes.  For me the best part of the classes is how much fun they are!  You often don’t realise how hard you’re working… much better than the gym!

ho?
Pole fitness is suitable for anyone that wants to try something different or wants a bit of a challenge. No matter what your age, size, sex or ability, we will progress at a speed that is comfortable for you while challenging you at the same time. I have taught a wide range of people, from individuals in private lessons, to couples seeking something new, it really is for everyone!!

Why?

Why not?  What can be better than getting an all over body workout while making new friends?

What do I wear?
Comfortable fitness clothes.  I would recommend a t shirt and tight fitting shorts to begin with.  You will need your feet, legs and arms bare to grip the pole.  would also advise bringing a towel and of course some water.

How much?
Classes are £9 p/hr, and unlike some other pole schools I promise to never allocate more than two students per pole. If you would like to book for a 6 week term you will receive an exclusive Upole sports top with your name on it.

 When?
(Classes become full quickly! Please contact me to book or to be added to the waiting list.)
Tuesday: 7.00 - 8.30pm
